This handmade ceramic spoon rest is intended for everyday use and is both microwave and dishwasher safe. The floral design is hand-drawn using slips and glazes, then the entire cup is covered in a food-safe clear glaze, ensuring that the illustration will never fade. This spoon rest was hand thrown on a potter’s wheel and decorated in my Easthampton, Massachusetts studio.
